Finally a new recipe! I basically ended taking the month of February off because of life events, but here's a quick and easy breakfast recipe. This is a great make ahead recipe as it can be frozen for up to 3 months, or kept in the fridge for up to 6 days!
Chia pudding is a simple and easy snack, dessert or breakfast that is full of fiber and protein. It's also easy to customize by adding whatever toppings or sweeteners that you desire!
This smoothie works great as a great dessert, especially if you use a frozen banana, then it will turn out more like a millkshake!
This is a pretty basic omelet recipe, that can easily be built on! When I throw spinach and mushrooms in the pan, you could really add any vegetables you desire. Also the cheese can be substituted for cheddar or Parmesan if you prefer those.
