This recipe is a great side dish to have in your repertoire!

Yield: 4 servings

Prep time: 10 minutes

Total time: 40 minutes

Ingredients

2 lbs | yukon gold potatoes, cubed

½ tbsp | dried rosemary, crushed

2 tbsp | olive oil

½ tbsp | dried basil

1 tsp | salt

½ tsp | dried dill

½ tsp | paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together making sure everything is evenly coated.
  3. Coat a large baking pan lightly in oil and add the potato mixture. Cook for 22-27 minutes, flipping potatoes over at about 20 minutes in. Serve hot and enjoy!
