2 lbs | yukon gold potatoes, cubed
½ tbsp | dried rosemary, crushed
2 tbsp | olive oil
½ tbsp | dried basil
1 tsp | salt
½ tsp | dried dill
½ tsp | paprika
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together making sure everything is evenly coated.
- Coat a large baking pan lightly in oil and add the potato mixture. Cook for 22-27 minutes, flipping potatoes over at about 20 minutes in. Serve hot and enjoy!
