“Curry” Spice Mix

This “curry” spice mix, has all the spice without the curry! Completely acid friendly and GERD safe, and can be substituted for curry powder in any dish.


2 tbsp | ground coriander

2 tbsp| ground cumin

1 tbsp | ground turmeric

1 tbsp | sweet paprika

2 tsp | ground ginger

½ tsp | ground cardamom

1/8 tsp | ground cloves


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, and add to your favorite dishes!
