Simple Salmon Cakes

Easy and delicious way to use a can of salmon that is laying around!

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

1 can (14.75 oz) | Salmon

1 | large egg

2/3 cup | breadcrumbs

1 tsp | dried dill

1/2 tsp | asafetida

½ tsp | salt

1 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, except the oil, in a bowl and form 4 patties.
  2. Add olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Once the olive oil is hot, add the patties to the skillet and cook until brown on each side, about 5 minutes per side.
